石油化工装置中两类消防设施直接手动控制方式的比较

摘 要 直接手动控制方式作为消防联动控制方式的补充，在消防系统的控制中起着至关重要的作用。作者分别介绍了基于多线控制盘和基于可编程逻辑控制器（PLC）两类直接手动控制方式的控制原理和设计方法，并通过分别使用两类方法进行泡沫灭火系统手动控制的实例，分析了两类手动控制方式的优势和局限性，为在石油化工及相关领域项目中选择合适的直接手动控制方式提出建议。

Comparison of Two Fire Extinguishing Equipment Direct Manual Control Methods in Petrochemical Facilities

Abstract As supplements of fire extinguishing automatic control methods, direct manual control is critical to fire extinguishing control systems. This paper introduced the control principle and design technique of two direct manual control methods, i.e. the one based on manual control panel and the other based on programmable logic controller (PLC) controller, and analyzed their advantages and limitations through their implementation in foam system respectively, so that applicable manual control method might be chosen for different usages in petrochemical or related programs.
