湿法磷酸中和净化生产工业级磷酸一铵工艺研究

摘 要本研究旨在解决湿法磷酸中和净化生产工业级磷酸一铵过程中主含量偏低的问题,并对该工艺进行了优化研究｡通过确定湿法磷酸中和净化指标和计算工业级磷酸一铵磷氟比,采用过滤的方式获得高纯度的工业级磷酸一铵,实现对其生产工艺的优化｡通过设计实例分析发现,实验组工业级磷酸一铵的主含量明显高于对照组｡该优化工艺提高了产品的质量和竞争力,具有推广和应用潜力｡

Research on Production Process of Industrial Ammonium Dihydrogen Phosphate by Neutralization and Purification of Wet-process Phosphoric Acid

Abstract This study aims to solve the problem of low main content of industrial ammonium dihydrogen phosphate produced by neutralization and purification of wet-process phosphoric acid and optimize the corresponding process. By determining the neutralization and purification indexes of wet-process phosphoric acid and calculating the phosphorus-fluorine ratio of industrial ammonium dihydrogen phosphate, high-purity industrial ammonium dihydrogen phosphate was obtained by filtration, and the production process was optimized. The example analysis shows that the main content of products in the experimental group is significantly higher than that in the control group. The optimized process improves product quality and competitiveness, and has good promotion and application potential.
