石油化工行业碳排放计量研究进展

摘 要石油化工行业作为碳排放重点行业之一,其精准碳排放计量是实现“双碳”目标的关键支撑｡作者基于石油化工行业工艺生产过程,系统解析化石燃料燃烧､火炬系统燃烧､工业生产过程､二氧化碳回收利用及净购入能源隐含排放等主要碳排放源,深入探讨排放因子法､物料平衡法与实测法的计量原理､适用场景及方法局限,为构建精准化碳排放计量体系与制定减排策略提供参考｡

Research Progress on Carbon Emission Measurement in Petrochemical Industry

Abstract As one of the key carbon emission industries, accurate carbon emission measurement is a crucial support for achieving the "dual carbon" goals. Based on the production process of petrochemical industry, this paper systematically analyzes major carbon emission sources including fossil fuel combustion, flare system combustion, industrial production process, carbon dioxide recycling and implicit emissions from net purchased energy. It thoroughly discusses the measurement principles, application scenarios and limitations of emission factor method, material balance method and actual measurement method, which provides references for establishing an accurate carbon emission measurement system and formulating emission reduction strategies.
