工业盐铅、镉测试中基体改进剂的应用研究

摘 要 建立了原子吸收光谱仪(AAS)测定工业盐中的铅、镉含量的分析方法。样品经消解后直接用AAS分析,采用在线引入基体改进剂溶液校正基体干扰和仪器的信号漂移。该方法检测时,铅的质量浓度在0~40μg·L-1范围,检出限为0.01mg·kg-1;镉的质量浓度在0~1.6μg·L-1范围,检出限为0.001mg·kg-1,均与信号强度呈良好的线性,线性相关系数(R2)均大于0.9990。铅、镉实际样品加标回收率为90.1%~114%,测定结果的相对标准偏差均小于2%(n=7)。该方法选择性强、灵敏度高,能有效克服基体干扰,测定结果准确。

Research on the Application of Matrix Modifier in Industrial Salt Lead and Cadmium Testing

Abstract A method was developed for the determination of lead and cadmium in industrial salt by atomic absorption spectrometer(AAS). Samples were directly determined by AAS after being digested with on-line matrix modifier to correct the instrument signal drift. The mass concentration of lead is in the range of 0~40μg·L-1, with a detection limit of 0.01mg·kg-1. The mass concentration of cadmium is in the range of 0~1.6μg·L-1, with a detection limit of 0.001mg·kg-1. All of them show good linearity with signal strength, and the linear correlation coefficients(R2) are all greater than 0.9990. The relative standard deviation of detection results are less than 2% (n=7), and the recovery was between 90.1% and 114%. Therefore, the method is highly selective, sensitive and accurate.
