金属氧化物核壳催化剂在低温SCR中的研究进展

摘 要 氨选择性催化还原(NH3-SCR)是目前解决固定源排放氮氧化物最有效的技术,NH3-SCR催化剂是该技术的关键。低温、高效、高稳定性脱硝催化剂是目前研究的焦点。核壳型催化剂由于具有核壳协同效应、限域效应、屏蔽效应,在提高催化剂低温脱硝性能、选择性和抗毒性方面得到广泛关注和应用。作者综述了近5年以锰、铈、铁、铜金属氧化物为核心的核壳催化剂在低温NH3-SCR中的研究进展,讨论了核壳型催化剂面临的挑战和未来的发展方向。

Abstract NH3 selective catalytic reduction (NH3-SCR) is the most effective technology to solve NOx emission from fixed sources, and the catalyst is the key of this technology. The catalysts with high efficiency and high stability at low temperature for denitrification are the focus of current research. Core-shell catalysts have been widely used and paid attention to improving the low temperature denitrification performance, selectivity and anti-toxicity due to their core-shell synergistic effect, limiting effect and shielding effect. The research progress of core-shell catalysts with manganese, cerium, iron and copper as the core in low temperature NH3-SCR in the past five years was reviewed, and the challenges and future development directions of core-shell SCR catalysts were discussed.
