顺丁装置高能耗原因分析和对策

摘 要
扬子顺丁装置能耗明显高于同行企业,对该装置的用能结构进行分析,得出能耗占比最高的为该装置回收单元的低压蒸汽。通过对该装置回收工艺流程、控制指标进行分析,发现流程重复、热量利用不充分导致该装置能耗偏高。因此,根据顺丁装置实际生产情况,提出投用溶剂油脱水塔直采线、切割塔塔釜物料改至溶剂油脱重塔进料、优化溶剂油精制系统进料换热等措施,通过这些措施的实施,扬子顺丁装置月综合能耗(折算标油)由453.16kg·t^{-1}下降至376.98kg·t^{-1},每年可增加460万元的经济效益,提高了顺丁装置在系统内的竞争力。

Analysis and Countermeasure of High Energy Consumption of Butadiene Rubber Plant

Abstract
Comparing with similar companies, the energy consumption of Yangzi butadiene rubber plant is significantly higher than others. Analyzing the energy consumption structure of the unit, it is found that the low-pressure steam of the recovery unit accounts for the highest proportion of energy consumption. By analyzing the recovery process and control indicators of the unit, it is found that the repeated process and insufficient heat utilization lead to high energy consumption of the unit. Therefore, according to the actual production situation of the butadiene rubber unit, it is proposed to put into use the direct mining line of Hexane dewatering, product of cutting tower feed is rerouted to Hexane stripping tower, and optimize the Hexane refining system feed heat exchange to reduce the energy consumption of the butadiene unit. After the implementation of these measures, the comprehensive energy consumption of the Yangzi butadiene plant decreased from 453.16 kg·t^{-1} to 376.98 kg·t^{-1}, which will increase the economic benefits of 4.6 million per year and improve the competitiveness of the butadiene plant.
