扬子石化烯烃厂乙烯装置APC升级改造探索与实践

摘 要
扬子石化烯烃厂针对乙烯装置先进控制(APC)系统进行升级改造,通过重构功能架构与网络逻辑,实现了裂解炉温度均衡、裂解深度实时优化及精馏塔控制等关键技术的优化。系统采用分层部署策略,秒级响应的裂解炉温度控制模块嵌入分布式控制系统,分钟级响应的优化算法部署于APC服务器,通过对象链接与嵌入的过程控制接口实现数据交互。改造后,裂解炉炉管出口温度波动范围稳定在±1.5℃以内,装置运行平稳度达到或超过历史水平。

Exploration and Practice of APC Upgrading in Ethylene Plant of Yangzi Petrochemical Olefin Factory

Abstract
The advanced process control(APC) system of ethylene plant in Yangzi Petrochemical Olefin Factory was upgraded through reconstructing functional architecture and network logic. Key technologies such as cracker temperature balancing, real-time cracking depth optimization, and distillation column control were optimized.The system adopted a layered deployment strategy: second-level response modules for furnace temperature control were embedded in distributed control system, while minute-level optimization algorithms were implemented on APC servers via object linking and embedding for process control interfaces. After the upgrade, the coil outlet temperature fluctuation range of cracking furnaces was stabilized within±1.5℃, and the operation stability of the plant was restored or even exceeded historical levels.
