摘 要

作者探讨了一种四元醇(季戊四醇)与支链脂肪酸(异辛酸)的酯化反应动力学。建立了反应动力学模型,并根据实验数据进行了数据拟合曲线,利用尝试法确定了复杂反应的级数,并建立了反应的动力学模型以及解析解,为进一步的工业应用提供了理论基础。

Kinetic Analysis of Esterification Reaction between Tetrahydric Alcohols and Branched Fatty Acids

Abstract

In this paper, kinetic of esterification reaction of tetrahydric alcohols(pentaerythritol) with branched-chain fatty acid(2-ethyl-heonoic acid) was studied. The kinetic model of the reaction was established, and the data-fitting curve carried out according to the experimental data. The order of the complex reaction was concluded by trial method and overall reaction model was established as well as the analytical solution, which provided a theoretical basis for further industrial application.
