变压器油中溶解气体组分损失率探究

摘 要
变压器油中气体组分含量是检测变压器油品质量的重要指标。然而由于取样容器不规范,导致氢气和烷烃类含量测量出现偏差。研究发现与针筒样比较,瓶装样在室温条件下,7d内损失率达到100%。此外,瓶装样变压器油中的氢气和烃类气体在初始浓度不同时,室温下存放7d,作者发现不同浓度的氢气和乙炔气体损失率均达到95%以上,不同浓度的甲烷损失率达到80%以上,不同浓度的乙烷和乙烯损失率达到60%以上。

Research on the Loss Rate of Dissolved Gas Components in Transformer Oil

Abstract
The gas component content in transformer oil is an important indicator for detecting the quality of transformer oil. However, due to the non-standard sampling containers, there were deviations in the content of hydrogen and alkanes. Research had found that compared to syringe samples, bottled samples had a 100% loss rate within 7 days at room temperature. In addition, this article examined the residual gas content dissolved in transformer oil samples stored at room temperature for 7 days under different initial concentrations of hydrogen and hydrocarbon gases. It was found that the loss rate of hydrogen and acetylene gases at different concentrations reached over 95%, methane at different concentrations reached over 80%, and ethane and ethylene at different concentrations reached over 60%.
