油水分离纳米纤维素气凝胶制备方法研究进展

摘 要

作者主要介绍了纳米纤维素气凝胶的制备方法,首先概述了纤维素纳米纤丝(NFC)的几种不同制备工艺,如高压均质、超声法、Tempo氧化、高碘酸氧化、离子液溶解和有机碱溶解等,重点介绍了定向冷冻干燥技术。并对纳米纤维素气凝胶的未来发展及应用前景进行展望与建议,旨在为更高效地开发利用纳米纤维素气凝胶提供一定的参考。

Abstract

The preparation of nanocellulose aerogels was introduced, several different preparation processes of cellulose nanofibers(NFC), such as high-pressure homogenization, ultrasonic method, Tempo oxidation,periodic acid oxidation, ionic liquid dissolution and organic alkali dissolution, were introduced. The directional freeze-drying technology were emphasized. Prospects and suggestions were made for the development and application of nano-cellulose aerogels, aiming to providing some reference for the more efficient development and utilization of nano-cellulose aerogels.
